Field building

A field needs
more than papers.

It needs a map of what is known, rooms where people meet, a way in for newcomers, and time to think together. Here is what exists now, and what comes next.

Live

Research Atlas

A connected map of existing research on AI minds and the questions it leaves open. Papers, methods and researchers, each linked to its source, and open to suggestions from anyone in the field.

Salons

Evening conversations about AI minds and the people who meet them, with a talk, art and discussion. The plan is a salon that travels between cities, hosted by local partners, so the conversation belongs to many rooms at once.

Researcher matching

A psychologist with a study design needs someone who can run it on open weights; an interpretability researcher needs someone who knows what a valid behavioral measure looks like. Researchers say what they bring and what they are looking for, and we match them.

Planned

Courses & reading groups

Free, open courses on the psychology of AI minds, in the spirit of BlueDot Impact: readings, exercises and session guides that anyone can use, alone or as a reading group at a university, a lab or a meetup. The Atlas supplies the reading lists.

05
Exploring

Retreats

Small research retreats where a handful of people spend a few days on one open question from the Atlas, and leave with a study design, a paper draft or a collaboration.

How the pieces fit

The Atlas shows where the open questions are. Salons bring together the people who care about them. Matching pairs researchers whose skills complete each other. Courses give newcomers a way in. Retreats turn a question into work. Each feeds the next: what people learn and argue about in a room goes back into the map.
